she should be trained on how to greet the guest without being so overbearing with personal conversation and comments, its weird to listen to someone life story when your trying to check in. we asked what time was check out and for a late check out,she then made a very inappropriate comment to by family about what would we be doing if we needed a late check out! it was not funny and highly unprofessional. the comments made us want to turn around and go elsewhere. once we finally got to check in a room, she talked repeatedly about the staff in front of us to a housekeeper, it was weird. while sitting there we heard the front desk girl yelling at another employee about the dirty rooms and lack of housekeepers, she was so loud and rude it took us by surprised, didn't know her name but she was a heavy-set Caucasian female with exposed tattoos and piercings, she was so unprofessional we could not believe we were in a hotel owned by Hilton. My family and I wanted to stay at this hotel cause its new and different, got to the hotel early and was told the rooms were not ready, we sat in the lobby and used the Wi-Fi.
